Jonathan B. Dennis was born and raised in Richlands, Virginia. After completing Richlands High School, Jonathan graduated from Roanoke College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He played on the golf team, was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, as well as the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity. Jonathan completed his law degree at Appalachian School of Law in 2015, in Grundy, Virginia. While he was attending law school, Jonathan served as Articles Editor of the Appalachian Journal of Law and received a certificate in Natural Resources Law. Jonathan also interned at the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia under Magistrate Judge Pamela Sargent. There, he assisted in the review of Social Security Disability cases from the Appeals Council. Jonathan moved to Baltimore, Maryland, and became a member of the Maryland State Bar Association in 2016. His practice focuses on Social Security Disability.
