Jenkins, Block & Associates, P.C., is proud to represent members of our Armed Forces who have been wrongfully denied their Social Security benefits. Importantly, service members who became disabled after October 1, 2001 are eligible to have their Social Security Disability claim process expedited. The expedited processing is part of Social Security’s Wounded Warriors program. Our military clients are often unaware of the fact that their disability need not be solely a result of their service.
